Ingredients are a strong part of having a quality product. The farmers market is a great way of drawing inspiration & allowing the seasons to dictate the flavors.
Our dairy comes from Arethusa Farm located in Litchefield CT. It’s a staple dairy farm in CT.

Churn it.
We make all our ice cream, sorbets & toppings in house. This allow us to take full control in the flavors we produce.
