Jocelyn Rivera

  • Born and raised in Bridgeport CT. Jocelyn has spent her time staying local to the Fairfield County area expanding her knowledge in all things Baking & Pastry while studying at Lincoln Tech in Shelton CT. Growing up Jocelyn helped her dad with his catering business, developing pastries like flan and tres leches & that’s when the spark began. Before joining MOMU she spent some time at Jay Bagel’s learning how to properly temper ingredients for a good product. Jocelyn also spent a year at Kneads learning how to laminate doughs for croissants & kougni amann. At MOMU she hopes to continue her growth in leadership & knowledge.
